About The Role

Dynamiq Automation Solutions is seeking a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong diagnostic skills and experience working with commercial refrigeration systems, including parallel compression rack systems commonly found in supermarkets and large commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R equipment.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration rack systems, condensers, evaporators, and associated controls.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Perform system startups, inspections, and operational testing.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of parallel compression (rack) refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of refrigeration cycles, superheat, subcooling, and system diagnostics.
• Basic understanding of air conditioning systems and airflow management.
• Familiarity with psychrometric principles and air-side performance.
• Ability to read technical documentation and equipment manuals.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification.
• Experience in supermarket refrigeration.
• Experience with refrigeration controls and monitoring systems.
