- • Monitor facility performance through Dynamiq's remote monitoring platform.
• Analyze alarms, temperature trends, and operational data.
• Identify abnormal system behavior and escalate issues when necessary.
• Generate reports and performance summaries.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of events and operational observations.
• Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and customers as needed.

About The Role
Dynamiq Automation Solutions is seeking a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong diagnostic skills and experience working with commercial refrigeration systems, including parallel compression rack systems commonly found in supermarkets and large commercial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R equipment.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration rack systems, condensers, evaporators, and associated controls.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Perform system startups, inspections, and operational testing.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience working with commercial refrigeration systems.
